I pay a lot for Mediacom internet and I am okay with that since work from home and school from home. I am beyond frustrated because every single day like clockwork, our internet drops. I have been with Mediacom since the beginning of time and for the first time, I was googling CenturyLink last night. I can't continue to pay them when every day, I have to hotspot my phone to attempt to work. Every single day. We have appointments here at least 2-3 times a month and no one fixes anything. Must be in the neighborhood. My speed are 7 down and 1.2 up?!!!!!! I pay for 1 Gig and I know that is WAY more than we need. But at this point, I am just done with their excuses. I have anxiety thru the rook, worried I am going to be fired because I can't do my job. And it is Christmas. I am at loss. Any advice out there?
