Someone from Mediacomm please clarify what I am getting for what you are charging:
I have been subscribed to upgraded speed and 1TB cap for at least a year or more. I saw the $10 rate increase pending on my bill starting January of 2021. I contacted a Mediacomm agent in chat and was told quite a runaround.
The long and short of it is I was told my data cap is INCREASING to 1TB (it has been 1TB since I bumped up my tier) for the $10 increase.
Also then told (first) I was on a "promotional" deal that expired.
Then told minutes later I was on a "grandfathered plan that does not align with my current service."
Also my printed bill stated I would "receive a $5 discount for the next 12 months" but that is not reflected in my next statement online that lists it as $99.99 (previous months have been $89.99).
There is also (on printed bill) a mention of "a speed increase to 100Mbps up/10Mbps down".... which is also what I already have been paying for. (And never hitting those download speeds anyway!)
