Over the last couple weeks, I have noticed that the cold weather is affecting my Cable TV reception. As temp drops below 5 Deg F, there are a lot of channels that pixelate and have broken sound. It is -10 Deg F right now and I have a lot of channels with no reception at all. As it warms up, everything works ok again. Anyone else noticing this?
I have also noticed that the cable modem is reporting weaker signal to noise ratio when it is colder. Since all my splitters are in the basement and I am not changing anything internal to the house. I have to think it has something to do with the line to my house.
