I was gone for a good part of the holidays and ever since I've been back the internet seems sluggish. I figured I'd wait a bit and see if things cleared up but they haven't yet. I've rebooted the whole network so far to no avail. I'm paying for the High Speed Basic package. So here's a bunch of pictures from right now. Current Local time is about 1:30 AM.
I've got some speed tests, I'd say on average 6Mb/s down 2Mb/s up. Upload is fine. I've got a screenshot of the cable modem channel page. It's synched on 4 channels. I've got a screenshot from an iperf speedtest from my pc to my router, gets full bandwidth. I've got a screenshot from my router's gateway quality monitor showing a fair bit of packet loss in the last week. It's pinging against gateway 173.28.32.1 . I'm not experiencing any problems on my local network and I haven't changed anything since when it worked fine.
Anyone else having similar issues in the area?
