Wasn't able to watch any streaming today and did a bandwidth check.. Normal is 23/1.7 during speed tests... I'm maxing around 2/1.7 occasionally the upload is higher than the download speed (upload seems unaffected). Anything going on near the Clinton Iowa area that could be to blame?
