I've had 4 techs out to my home the past week and each of them comes up with a different opinion. I have been running at a 1 to 5 for download speed when I'm paying for 30. This is getting ridiculous. 1st guy said the outside line needs amplified and nothing was done. Than 3 guys came tonite and nothing was really accomplished. They said it was a line that was like 3 miles away. But that would effect everyone..right? Something is not right. I feel like its the line to my house. I feel like I'm getting the run around.
