I can connect just fine via ethernet cable, but all of a sudden the wifi is dropping out. To be fair though we have been having issues with no connection via ethernet too, but not as often as wifi... I've been having to tether to my mobile to use the internet at home.
I don't know if there's a new firmware the I need or what... I have called tech support and had a scheduled appointment that I had to cancel because of scheduling conflicts, none of their available times currently work for me...
