As of 7am CST I have no Internet connectivity. Called support, and as the agent was walking me through the typical modem reset steps, she said "I was just notified by my supervisor that we have a widespread outage". Anyone know what's going on?
(side note: my Sprint service is incredibly slow right now, and I know Mediacom is the main backhaul provider for their network in most of central Iowa; is this somehow related?)
