I recently upgraded from the 12M service to the 105/10 service based on a promo with a 1 year commitment. For at least the first 2-3 weeks everything was good - speed tests showed me getting what I signed up for.
Over the past week or so things have been intermittent, and speed tests are much slower. I tweeted with Mediacom support tonight and their response was that I was subscribed to the Ultra 50. What gives? I was VERY specific on the recorded line with the customer service agent when signing up for the new speed (and new contract terms). Now they cut my speed in half?
I can call in, but wanting to see if others have had a similar bait and switch?
