Should my speed be 40MB or around that? Where is the other 60MB? Now I realize that I won't get anywhere close to 105MB download but come on. I have seen a few people on here hit 90+MB on their connection. So just wondering what gives lol?
I live in Carroll IA btw I know there can't be a ton of people around me have this internet speed.
