I've been having trouble over the last week or so with intermittent HSI service drops; MediacomChad is aware and has been helpful in setting up a service call for me. But I was talking to a neighbor across the street and two doors down last night who's also been having trouble with his HSI service. Sounds like a similar problem. Another neighbor, who lives about the same distance away in the other direction, hasn't had the same trouble over the same period. Just wondering if it's worth mentioning the neighbor's trouble to the tech who comes on my service call or whether that kind of anecdotal evidence is useless. Does anyone else ever poll his neighbors when trouble's afoot?
