Tonight I was trying to watch NBC but it was ruined with a voice over giving descriptions of what was happening. I checked on several TVs in case someone had turned on the feature but it didn't matter. SVU, Chicago PD both painful to watch with it didn't matter which TV was used.
The only thing I can think of is someone goofed up at Mediacom or NBC. Thoughts?
