My friend has the SB6120 modem and new firmware was pushed to his with SB_KOMODO-1.0.6.13-SCM00-NOSH build on May 6 2013. As far as I know it happened automatically.
I currently have SB612X-1.0.5.2-SCM01-NOSH Firmware Build Time: Jan 26 2011 with the same modem Sb6120. I already have rebooted this modem to get the update but it never happened.
