I am looking for a direct number to customer retention. I know one exists because my local office actually gave it to me a few years back. I tried calling customer service who checked and said that retention had no wait time so she transferred me. After about 10 minutes I got Jose who I assume was in some foreign country. Jose told me that he was not retention but he did offer to sign me up for cable TV for only $20 for the first year. Told him I would discuss that with the retention folks and he said they would call me back....and that hasn't happened.
