I have been a Mediacom customer for over a decade but due to my high bill I am considering switching to Frontier. For internet and cable my bill is $145 a month and I am on disability and need a lower rate. I have tried to talk to customer service to no avail to get a promotional rate. What does a loyal customer have to do to get the same promotional rate they offer new customers? I have thought about taking it out of my name and putting it in my sons name just to get the rate lowered but then would have to pay for disconnect and reconnect. It would still be cheaper over all since we recently got a flier for new customers being offered the same for $69.
