Ever since the upgrade to 100/10 I've noticed that it takes 5-10 seconds on download and 15-30 seconds on upload to reach full speeds, mainly on upload. This happens on every service I've tried including speed tests.

When doing speedtests, the download eventually reaches its peak as you can see, but uploads still struggles. Like mentioned, this happens on all servers I've tried. While my content does get downloaded or uploaded, it's just frustrating watching the speeds struggle to peak. I've tried it without the router, reset the modem, different computer, makes no difference.
