A few questions - I have the Ultra Plus service and today received the same email everyone else talks about but it had my speeds wrong:
"You now have download speeds up to 100 Mbps and upload speeds up to 10 Mbps!"
I already have that speed so am I in the system wrong? Is this why I am not seeing the 150/20 speeds?
Also, I tried to login to the router tonight and see some flaky Mediacom interface versus the old Cisco DCP3825 admin login interface and subsequent settings. Is this what we all get now?
At the end of the day I just want to know if my area (Des Moines - 50320) is good to go with the the 150/20 speeds is all, and if it is, why am I stuck at 100/10?
