I have had constant issues for 3 weeks. Internet has been going down constantly. Probably 15 times this evening. I called tonight at 730pm and spoke to a very rude CSR. He scheduled a technician for July 3rd and I asked to speak with a supervisor. He said no supervisors were available and that he would have one contact me. Two hours go by and I had to call back. Of course there was no note on the acct to have a supervisor call, but the appt was still scheduled. The 2nd person, "Rob" was helpful to an extent. He did more than make sure the modem was connected. He verified my signal loss...currently I'm getting 1-2mbps when I pay for 50. My bill also went up 20 dollars since I'm no longer under contract. All that being said, I will probably be seeking out AT&T, because $85 is way too much for internet that's not fast to begin with and has become unreliable. Can anyone help me out here?
