We recently received an advertisement in the mail from Mediacom about high speed internet. We had a fire in January and are just getting back in the home. When my wife called this morning to get it installed the customer service rep said we had to pay for install. My wife mentioned the add for a price of $19.95 a year plus free wifi for 3 months. She told us that was current customers only. If you read the fine print it says for new customers who have not been with Mediacom for 90 days only. We were their customer in the 80's. We don't have their service and they are lying to us already.
