I just got off of online chat support who reset my password. He was quite helpful and I got into my account that I haven't accessed in years. I'm doing an online backup and using up my data cap apparently.... oops. Anyways, I am in with the temporary password the chat support supplied, but I'm unable to change my password now. Probably for the same reason I couldn't reset my password to begin with. It's asking for my Mediacom account number as the security question (which isn't much of a security question in my opinion when it shows it to you right on the summary page, but I digress). It won't accept it. So now I'm into my webmail account and can check my data usage, but also can't change my password. Any chance I could direct message one of you super helpful Mediacom folks and get my weird account straightened out?
