I don't know what happened but yesterday my cable modem speeds dropped from 50Mb downstream to 3-5Mb down. This morning I actually got the full 50/5, but this evening dropped back to 3-5Mb. VERY frustrating! I have been a loyal, frustrated customer for 8 years. For $100 a month just for Internet, I would expect better service. It is also impossible to get a level 3 tech on the phone anymore - even though we've been on a first name basis. I'm a 13-year CCIE. I get tired of the "technical" support requesting me to clear my cookies, etc... Just clean up your network already!
