For the past month or so, I've been having very slow download speeds. I've recently upgraded my modem to a new docsis 3.0 one provided by Mediacom to take advantage of the new Prime Plus speeds in the area (up to 50 mbps). I'm not even getting close to that.
Most evenings I'm getting 3 mbps downloads. The strange thing is uploads are faster than promised--9 mbps.
Any help you could provide would be appreciated.
