This has to be a joke. My latest statement states the following
"The standard charge for customers requiring installation, reactivation or repair shall be $49.99 beginning with the next billing cycle".
I've had a tech out to fix YOUR issues oh 12+ times in the last 2 years because YOUR service was screwed up NOT as a result of me. You're saying if I have issues in the future with YOUR service, I have to pay $49.99 to have a tech fix it?
Is that a joke?
