Been having some issues

Hi chad, been having a few issues. I've been dealing with it for a few weeks but finally got fed up. Our internet keeps on dropping, or freezing. Horrible for online gaming or streaming. The only way to fix it temporarily is to either restart the router or restart my device to get a new connection. This also happens on a windows 7 netbook. Thank you
