I find it odd that I keep getting intermittent connections. When I do connect it is 10-12mgb instead of my normal 54mgb DL speeds. Call help center after checking outage maps. Maps shown small outage. CSC - "No no outages in your area. We will send a tech on 5 days." Five days. Yet crews on the area doing new installs?!. (I spoke with two guys at a local restaurant.) Find out that neighbor is having same issue. But no outages. What ever. Why are you making new installation priority over repairs? Bad customer service decision there.
Oh look Internet back down after being up for 3 hours. Shocker!!!
