I have a Tivo DVR with 2 other receivers and the 2 smaller boxes the on demand works great. But on the main Tivo that I watch TV the most I can not watch any on demand. I get some error that says SRM-8. So I called and spent hours and hours between Friday to Sunday and nothing works. They want to send a tech out but I don't have time to work around their schedule to wait around for a tech. Is there anything that can be done? I'm about to cancel all service tomorrow if I can't get it working. I haven't sent back my DTV equipment and my DSL is still active. I guess not very good service for the first 3 days of having MC.
