So once again (this is the second or third time) mediacom has stopped sending me an email bill after months of doing so.
Not in any of the spam or promotion folders either. Of course, they also do not send me a snail one either until I am a month late.
Is anyone else having this problem?
Tomorrow I'll head to the local office to get it fixed, but the fact that this is a reoccurring issue is stupid.
Ok end rant.

Also my mediacom online account is now inactive again too. I assume this is the root of the issue.
