[MO] Assistance with Intermittent Internet Slowdowns

I've been having this issue for a few weeks now, and had a tech come out not too long ago. From what the tech and I saw, we both concluded that I was having a router issue. I have replaced the router and the issue persists. At some random point my speeds will slow to 1-2 mbps, which is typically fixed by rebooting the modem. I experienced this around 10:30 / 11pm last night. I rebooted the modem this morning and still experienced the slowness for a bit. From looking at the logs, there are a few T3 & T4 timeouts. I'm not currently experiencing the issue at this time, but am writing this hoping that the issue can be prevented in the future. Please let me know if I need to run any additional tests. My hardware: Motorola SB6121 Ubiquiti EdgeRouter X
