I was out of town last week, but Sunday, Monday, and tonight (3/22) have been unusably slow despite good S/N and power levels, rebooting the modem, no change in configuration, etc.
For example, right now a SpeedTest.net run was 0.68Mbps Down/5.28Mbps Up on a 50/5 plan. My signal levels are good but a traceroute to www.google.com shows a huge delay at the first hop (10.153.224.1) outside my LAN:

The time of day doesn't seem to matter - I get equally slow speeds well after midnight.
@BAINCH - any suggestions?
