Hello all,
I just recently switched (on 5/3/16) to Mediacom, and I've been having an issue since then with my connection dropping, and I was hoping to get some help in solving it. Following the steps in the guideline for this site, here is my info.
1. Frequent, random dropping of connection. Sometimes with slow performance before the connection calls it quits.
2. Only have modem and router, with three devices normally connected. (2 PC's and a Playstation)
3. My router is a Zoom Model 5345 (Software version 5345-5.5.10.6) , and the router is a Netgear N300 WiFi Router (firmware version V1.0.0.34). Both were bought in the last couple days.

7. OS: Windows 7 Professional 64.
8. Issue is intermittent, with it happening more frequently in the evenings. I will perform the Smokeping and post it when it's done.
9. Antivirus is Avast Free edition, version 11.1.2253
