[MN] Internet is extremely slow during 'prime time' hours

I've been dealing with this issue for over a week now and I'm hoping someone here can help me shed some light on it. I'm on the 100/10 plan and haven't had any issues until recently. During 'prime time' hours (6pm-12am) these are my internet speeds: http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/5962586969 During off hours (like now for example, it's 2am on a Friday morning) these are my internet speeds: http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/5963038131 I did a modem swap today as Mediacom said that they didn't see anything (and still don't) on their end of things and everything should be fine. This is a direct wired connection, there are no splitters in the house as I don't have TV service. I stream everything (cord-cutter) so without internet I have zero at home entertainment besides books and 4G phone games. Which are great, but not week long plus great. Here is my modem info... Status Code: Operational Software Version: STAC.02.50 Software Model: a81a Bootloader: 2.3.1 Cable Signal Details Forward Path: Channel Frequency Power SNR BER Modulation 1 147.0 MHz 3.2 dBmV 39.0 dB 0.000 % 256 QAM 2 111.0 MHz 4.4 dBmV 39.4 dB 0.000 % 256 QAM 3 117.0 MHz 4.6 dBmV 39.2 dB 0.000 % 256 QAM 4 123.0 MHz 3.9 dBmV 39.0 dB 0.000 % 256 QAM 5 129.0 MHz 3.6 dBmV 39.0 dB 0.000 % 256 QAM 6 153.0 MHz 2.9 dBmV 39.0 dB 0.000 % 256 QAM 7 159.0 MHz 3.0 dBmV 38.9 dB 0.000 % 256 QAM 8 165.0 MHz 2.5 dBmV 38.5 dB 0.000 % 256 QAM Return Path: Channel ID Frequency Power Modulation 2 28.0 MHz 41.8 dBmV 64 QAM 1 35.0 MHz 41.8 dBmV 64 QAM 0 0.0 MHz 0.0 dBmV QPSK 0 0.0 MHz 0.0 dBmV QPSK Data Service Details Provisioned Address: Yes Provisioned Time: Yes Provisioned Configuration: Yes Registered: Yes BPI: Enabled Time Priority Description Thu Jan 12 18:44:51 2017 Error (4) DHCP RENEW WARNING - Field invalid in response v4 option;CM-M... Thu Jan 12 18:14:56 2017 Notice (6) TLV-11 - unrecognized OID;CM-MAC=cc:03:fa:b4:2c:4f;CMTS-MAC=5... My thoughts: Obviously the equipment that I'm currently using (modem, cables, etc.) is capable of providing the speeds that I am paying for as I'm getting them right now (I was showing the same thing when I had my modem hooked up - speeds are great outside during off hours but slowed to a halt during the busy hours). So my question is, what could be causing it ,that during the busiest time of the day that would basically bring my internet to a stand still? I mean, if I was even getting half the speeds I am paying for I'd still be able to game, watch TV (PS Vue), Netflix, Hulu, etc. I also want to mention that the town I live in is very small (all of 800 people) and here are some of the info that I was told by Mediacom prior to the modem swap. "Looking over your modem, all signal levels are well within the healthy range, and I am not showing any dips or spikes in the upstream or downstream levels that would cause these slow results on your end. " "I'm not seeing any reason for the slow speeds as all your signals are in range and the area utilization is less than 50% for the whole week, so this doesn't seem to be area related."
