I've been having this issue off and on for several weeks. Subscribed to 100 Mbps service. Internet will be fine 95% of the time, then speeds drop to near nothing but don't completely disappear. Sometimes its better in 10 mins, today it has been for most of the day. Went out and grabbed a new modem to make sure that wasn't the problem, and it isn't. Have had a few service appointments scheduled but the issue always resolves before the techs show up so I cancel them. Signal levels on the new SB6183 shown below, and they were the same on the Zoom 5341 only with half as many downstream channels. Any help appreciated, fairly frustrated calling support and being asked to unplug, replug, and then schedule and appointment.
