[RANT] Mediacom totalcare - Chad

Is this the worst company ever? I've read it so many times, but didn't, and still don't, want to believe it. I've been waiting for Mediacom service for over a year, when to my surprise, QC communications wired my addition a couple of weeks ago. Great news, right? Now starts the problem... How many times can one company hang up on you or ignore you? I'm not even a customer yet... I've been hung up on 4 times that I remember in the last day. There were no disrespect, arguments, disagreements, nothing.. I understand the way this works, a site survey needs to be done. Well, it was finally done today and I see the Mediacom employee. I wave him down as he's maybe 40 feet from me, he makes eye contact and ignores me! Is this customer service? This is the first thing, Mediacom, should fix. Oh, I almost forgot to mention, the whole encounter with your driver is on video thanks to Ring. I'll be posting it tonight... Is it too much to ask for respect, I mean after all, you are providing a service and that should include customer service.
