Every time I go on the app it says "there is an outage in my area". I think they never change it. For weeks I have had signal issues where my modem reboots. Bought a new modem, still the same issues. Signal is crap. Will only lock onto 1 upstream channel. Won't lock on half the downstream channels. Obviously an issue. I finally got time to call and am told there is an outage reported and they can't do anything! Good god, there is an outage reported ALWAYS. So essentially they will never schedule anyone to come fix the issue unless I can call when an outage is not reported in my area which is impossible. I have looked to medicomchad for help but am really frustrated as I finally have time to deal with a service call and can't even get an appointment. Ridiculous.
