Signed up for family package today but am unable to watch ESPN live streams. I have done the steps by tech support - login to www.mediacomtoday.com, navigate to ESPN network, once on ESPN site click to play the stream, select mediacom as the provider and the stream should play ... well everything goes as expected but the stream does not play. Instead there is an error - "We are sorry, but it seems we do not have access to this content on this particular application...".
