[GA] How to fill this gap in service area?

Hey all, Has anyone been able to get to anyone at Mediacom to fill a gap in their service area? We have been attempting this for 9 years to get service but to no avail. While my neighborhood is too small for a HOA, we still work together for most things. I am the appointed guy in charge of getting us cable/internet. My journey to accomplish this started 9 years ago. We were told then that we need to fill in the neighborhood (7 lots) to get service. Well we have been sitting at 6 homes now for 3-4 years. The last lot is a really small and almost shear drop lot that no one will ever buy and develop so we are just kind of stuck if that is really a requirement. I have been calling in each year to get it done though in the hopes that it will work. I started again about a month ago and my calls all ended with promises that just weren't being kept or completed. 1st call said that they will send someone out to see about serviceability. OK. I KNOW it is not currently serviceable but sure. Look again. 2nd call was a week later. They said I am not serviceable. OK. Nothing I didn't know. So my question is: why not? Is it a cost thing or you don't have the space for us? Whats the problem? If it's cost, we might be willing to all come together and share with Mediacom a bit to get it ran. If it is space then we at least know that calling will be futile until Mediacom upgrades the local infrastructure. We just want an answer. They said that they would get someone out to look. Literally that afternoon, I follow a Mediacom installer down onto my street as I was heading home. Turns out he had missed his turn for another call but he was happy to talk to me and said he saw absolutely no reason why our 1300 feet street could not be ran with the necessary equipment. So good news there that a technician/engineer couldn't see a problem although this was just an at-glance look at the street. 3rd call was a week later. They said that the ticket hadn't been updated but they are putting it on an address on the private drive directly next to us because they can't find our street. I have no clue why the heck they did that but I assure them that we have our own street, it is just not serviceable because we are trying to get it serviced. They say they will get someone back out to look at it. 4th call was last week and a week later. They can't find the ticket and the address that I was told to look the ticket under (the private drive address) isn't pulling up anything. They try my actual public street address and can find the log of all of our calls and "can't service" request. They did something different this time and are going to send a email to the local area manager so he can call me. Shouldn't take more than 48 hours. OK. Cool. I'll wait. 5th call was yesterday. It has been 5 days since my last call without a call from the local area manager. They see the email they sent with no reply on it. They were looking to see the local area manager and had me on hold for about 20 minutes and then I get hung up on. Thats not cool. This is my last attempt at running it the right way before I do two things. The next thing I do will to be to go to the local Mediacom office in the morning and wait until the local manager or construction manager can see me. Then next thing after that is to give the Secretary of State a call which I will be seeing him next week at a Georgia political leaders get together. I don't want to have to talk to him but if I have to, I will. Unlike most people around here, I WANT your service. I don't know why it is so difficult to get you to fill in the little street that you run service right past but apparently it is like pulling teeth. The below link is where our neighborhood is in relation to Mediacom services. The blue roads are where I know for a fact that Mediacom serves. The gray lines are private drives that I am not sure on. The red is our road where I know we don't get serviced. As you can see, our road (Almond Woods Dr.) has no other outlet except into Mediacom territory on Almond Road. http://imgur.com/a/JDppe If I could just talk with the local area manager or local construction/engineer to see why they won't run or what it will take, I can at least have someone who can tell me how our neighborhood can get it done or stop everyone complaining to me about satellite TV and no access to internet.
