Hello! I'll start this off by saying I've already got a tech appt (can't come out for another week), but my wife works from home and requires proper internet to do her job, so we are looking to get this resolved quicker if possible.
I am on the Gigabit plan with 1200 mb/s download, and 60 mb/s upload.
My most recent DSLR speedtest showed me sitting at 51 mb/s download, and 0.1 mb/s upload.
This has shown itself after a series of resets last night (6/10/18), presumably for maintenance.
The modem is connected directly to the ethernet port on my PC for testing.
The modem is the "Xtream" modem provided to me by mediacom. I believe it is the Askey TCG310J
Downstream Signal levels appear to be in "good" range, with the worst downstream signal being -1.2dBmV, but most being around 0.8
Upstream signal levels are 34.5 - 38 dBmV

I am running windows 10, and have tested on multiple computers with the same issue.
The problem is constant, no amount of resets (unplugging power, coax, ethernet, tech support reset) have done anything to change it.
I am not using any antivirus or firewall. in fact, all firewalls are turned off on the modem as well.
