I was a MC customer until 2011 when I went to DSL.
Now back, tech out yesterday new Techicolor modem and I am using my Linksys Router for wireless and connection to my printer. All fine.... Last night the Mediacom went down at about 7:30 pm, only two lights on at modem, repowered nothing. Yes the tech disabled the Techicolor wireless.
This morning all is fine, Except it seems slower?
When I went to DSL it was because of poor service like this, so 7 years later its the same old ...... or was the entire area down??
Speed test this morning 6.68 DL 4.79 UL Windows 7 Pro and I am on wireless right now. Main computer at the modem is wired connection.
