So I have 2 TiVo boxes. One works fine but my new MG2 says “account closed”. Called mediacom last night and they stated there was an outage and should be fixed within the hour. Well guess what. 24 hours, same problem. They said outage is still going on. So if there is a TiVo outage, why does my other TiVo box work just fine? Sounds like they are trying to feed me some BS.
