This is regarding to the maintenance done on the 26th that had the possible occurrence of downtime from 12 AM to 7 AM in the 55359 Zipcode. After they performed maintenance it completely messed up a lot of things... at least for us specifically... as far as I can tell from my limited knowledge. I think our signal is very weak compared to before because of the maintenance that was performed, just because of simple fact that I have an outlet that I run a long cable from to the Modem and it never had any issues. Now the Modem can't even get a signal from Mediacom unless I connect that Modem directly to the wall coax with a short cord and every couple of hours or so the signal drops completely. I know for sure that this recent maintenance caused it everything was in working order until that happened. The Internet can drop out for who knows how long at any moment now. Now... I just want to know what happened and am I the only one that has got this problem? if so why just me? I find that really odd.
