[IA] Motorola SB6141 modem getting lots of T3 and T4 timeout errors

About two weeks ago my cable internet through Mediacom started having lots of drops and performance issues. After looking into it further I noticed that my modem was getting lots of T3 and T4 timeout errors in the logs. It was working great before this, and nothing has changed at all in my home cable/network setup. I called Mediacom support, and had a tech come to my house yesterday. He tested my signal at my modem, at the box outside the house and at the pole. All checked out with a "good signal" according to the tech. Just to be safe, he replaced all the ends of the cable to possibly rule that out as the issue. I didn't notice the logged T3 and T4 timeout errors until after he left(my bad for not checking before). The tech said that it must be my modem since the signal looked good everywhere he checked it. I started researching these errors, and almost everything I found said that it most likely is not my modem, and is an issue on Mediacom's end, so I thought I would post here to see if anyone could possibly help with this issue. I have restarted my modem many times, and even did a restore to factory defaults, but the issue continued. I will try to attache pics I took of the Connection screen and Logs screen from my cable modem's GUI. Thank you for any help that you can offer!
