service outage

My service has been out since Saturday, April 27, 2019. It was out all day Saturday and continues to stay out. The modem is not syncing up. I have reached out to customer service, and they are not getting a signal from the modem. The earliest time for an onsite tech is Friday, May 3, 2019. So if there are no other cancellations, and internet service is not restored during that timeframe, that means I will be out internet service for at least another week. I find this completely unacceptable. I understand I will be credited for the outage days; nonetheless, completely unacceptable. I understand problem resolution cannot be had for at least a week. I have already DMd MedicacomChad. I am just posting for awareness
