Anyone else having these issues? I've had several techs come out, replaced the mediacom modem with 2 different modem/router combos I bought and this is still going on. It first started out as lag spikes in games. A few days ago, after nightly"maintenance" in my area, service was cutting out and I kept disconnecting every few minutes from games I was playing. I'm still having the same issue. I thought it was happening at the time due to maintenance but now its at any time of the day, all the time.
Techs have said lines needed to be replaced, too many customers were on the same node in my area/utilization is too high, there were too many splitters outside, my modem wasn't on an active outlet, etc. They leave thinking the problem is solved but I start up a game and a few minutes later, its back to doing the same thing. Can someone please help??
