Hi all, I have Mediacom 1gig internet and an Arris SB8200. The past couple of weeks, when gaming online, my internet has been dropping constantly. The drops would last anywhere between 1-20 seconds.
When checking my logs I get (macs removed): 5-5-2019, 17:33:8 Warning(5) "RNG-RSP CCAP Commanded Power in Excess of 6 dB Below the Value Corresponding to the Top of the DRW;CM-MAC=;CMTS-MAC=;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.1;"
5-5-2019, 17:31:36 Critical(3) "Started Unicast Maintenance Ranging - No Response received - T3 time-out;CM-MAC=;CMTS-MAC=;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.1;"

Could anyone give me some advice on what this could be? Is this my end or on Mediacom's end?
