Since the beginning of the month there have been issues with upload taking a dump and now its my upload taking a dump along with 5-12% packet loss. I've been running WinMTR frequently and have also had a tech here 1-2 days ago and my levels looked good at the time. The packet loss starts occurring after my first hop outside my gateway. I have another tech coming Monday since it still hasn't been resolved. It cleared up the other day for most of the morning and into the afternoon and then dumped out again at 4pm and hasn't been stable since. Countless plugging and unplugging and checking Downstream and Upstream levels. I have even removed the one splitter we have and although i saw a drop in Upstream power levels it was still within spec and nothing changed. Still packet loss and a dead upload. My latency stays low and haven't seen giant latency spikes with the packet loss which would be more indicative of retransmitted packets and every time I call I feel like its the same old story of unplug and plug it back in, if that doesn't work they don't know what to do so lets send another tech.
