Trying to troubleshoot some network issues from my home on Mediacom in Iowa and have noticed there is an average of 7% - 15% packet loss when running trace routes and ping tests from my router out to the first hop on the Mediacom network. I've tried to work with the support team on this numerous times but am getting nowhere. Any ideas on how to reach an actual network engineer? I have logs to validate what I'm seeing.
Also noteworthy that Mediacom has replaced the pedestal in my yard along with the demarc outside the house and ran a new line from the modem all the way back to the street. Very confident that I've isolated the device on their network that is the culprit. just need to find the right person to share it with so it can get resolved.
Anyone know how I can get in touch with the right resource at Mediacom?
