[MO] To MediacomChad!

I don't know this person, it might not even be the same person I started asking for assistance from many, many years back now. But MediacomChad has been the single most consistent source of technical support my family and I have received from Mediacom, and I thought it'd be a good idea to mention it. Over the years we have had techs who "went to their truck" and never returned. Many times techs and supervisors have said (while standing in our home, much less over a phone call) that they would follow up later we never heard back from. And I don't even want to get into how badly some of the phone calls to the Mediacom support have gone... This is not to say every time we reach out for help it is a disaster, as there have been some local techs who are way super awesome, and we dearly love those folks! There have been some rewarding and helpful people on the other end of the phone when we have called for support as well. But never once over many years have we felt ignored, nor disregarded when MediacomChad has been contacted. They follow through and follow up. So far there's not a situation yet that hasn't (at least eventually) been resolved. So here's to MediacomChad, whoever you may be, wherever you are! Here's to your long-suffering and tenacious efforts to help Mediacom customers prevail and receive the services Mediacom provides. ^_^
