For the last month, at least every other day I have no service. I would call or check the app and get the "we know we have an outage" message. This has been extremely frustrating. I have Gigabit service, so I pay a premium. I know outages happen every once in awhile, but this has been way too consistent to be normal. I would love to know if anyone else has been having similar issues. I'm in Central IL
