Hello Everyone, I really need some help with my issues with my Mediacom Internet, below is my setup and below that is a description of what I've done to attempt to fix my issues. Any help or advice is appreciated.
My Internet Setup is the following:
COAX cable from Mediacom straight into modem, then into a router.
Modem: Arris Surfboard Model SB6183
Router: Netgear Wireless Gigabit Router Model R7400
I have a Ethernet connection going into my Windows 10 PC from my router. I do not use wireless with my router. I have the latest drivers and updates on my PC as well.
I have been a mediacom customer for several years. I currently have the 500Mpbs down and 30Mpbs upload internet package with mediacom. I just moved to a new apartment complex in November. Ever since moving in and using my internet here I've been having issues with streaming to Twitch.Tv and other streaming services. I've done several speed tests at various websites and my download speed is pretty good but my upload speeds are horrible. Most of my issues happen when I try to stream with Twitch and I constantly get dropped frames, and just very low slow upload speeds. Usually only around 500 Kbps at most when I'm streaming. (according to stream stats) I've tried hard resetting my modem and my router, this hasn't helped, so I've even tried a hardline from the modem to my PC and I still have issues.
If you see the pictures I have taken it shows a problem and I don't exactly now what to do. I feel like it's an issue from the pole outside going into my apartment, just my guess though. I've also uploaded them to imgur.com and included the one from twitch.tv bandwidth test

I've also logged into my Surfboard SB6183 and the readings are as follows

I know that I need to get a technician out here, I just don't know what I should tell mediacom support. Do they need to rerun the cable line to my apartment, do I need new connectors? I would GREATLY APPRECIATE any help or ideas on what I can do or even tell support. Shoutout to MediacomChad I hear you do great work, if you could place your insight into this post I will be forever in your debt.
Thanks everyone for taking the time to read this. :)
