Are any other Dubuque residents also missing the local HD channels? Out are the channels on RF channels 114 and 115, which includes KWWL (NBC, 114-1), KGAN (CBS, 114-4), KCRG (ABC, 115-2), and KFXA (Fox, 115-4), plus the related sub-channels. Interestingly, Iowa Public TV (116-2, 116-8, 116-10), which is higher in frequency, comes in just fine. That IPTV comes in suggests to me a head-end problem, with two channel converters out, and not a line problem. But I may be mistaken.
ADDED: The above are all digital channels. The analog versions are still working, so it is not necessarily a feed problem.
